hi ,i purchased this only a couple of days ago after reading other reviews.this is a stylish looking machine which totally does the job it was made to do,the water tank just lifts off and clicks back in to place.you just put the pod in the holder fix it into the socket slightly push down and your ready to have the drink of your choice.very easy to follow the simple instructions.the taste and quality of the diffrent drinks is second to none.it took me less than 10 mins to get this out of the box and have a hot coffee.i am more than pleased with this great machine
The BEST coffee machine in the world April 27, 2008
FORGET your expensive 300+ big brand name machines. They make great coffee for sure but so does this brilliant little machine but with much less hassle, with no washing up and coffee that beats that of any high street coffee shop.
The design of this machine has been so well thought out, even down to the holder for your used capsules which has a drip tray included in it so you can throw away your capsules and then pour away the excess down the sink.
This machine has a couple of main competitors - Senseo and Tassimo and seriously, I think this machine blows the others right out of the water. The variety of capsules available beats the Senseo yet matches the Tassimo but the froth that comes on the top of each of the greatest coffees you'll ever taste makes it so much better than the tassimo.
The other thing to mention is the fact that with the other machines you are controlled as to how much coffee is dispensed, often leaving your mug half full. This machine however is entirely manual which is unusual in this world of automation but it is one of the key selling points. You can make your coffee as big or as small as you like without having to faff about like you do the other machines.
My husband is a complete techno-phobe. He can hardly work the telephone but has mastered this machine with immediate ease - its just too simple to mess up.
I cant recommend this enough (as you might have guessed) and wished I had got one ages ago when they first came out.
There is not one thing I have to complain about.
The look is great
The price is great
The variety of coffee / chocolate is great
The quality of the coffee is amazing - matching if not beating any other
The size of the water holder is great compared to every other machine around
The clever capsule holder is great
The height movable cup holder is great, asjusting to any size of cup or mug
The instructions are sooooo simple to follow
The initial set up is easier than any other competitors
Basically, dont buy anything else because you will regret it. This is absolutely fantastic and I would urge anyone who is 'ummmming' about whether to buy a machine and not sure which one, to absolutely without reservation go for this unbeatable machine. I LOVE IT!!!!
Best Gadget I ever bought April 24, 2008
My wife gave me jip when my coffee machine was delivered " Not another useless gadget that will end up in the back of a cupboard "
Now I can't get near it in the morning for my wife and daughter making Chocochinos !!
Try mix and matching, a Cafe lungo with a Mocha is really good, or a Cappucino chocochino double. Excellent machine and just as good as the coffee shops.

First a small warning, I contacted Nestle and they informed me that I should have received a free set of coffee pods and a cup when I bought this and I did not receive them when I purchased it from Amazon which is a shame.
This is one of the best instant coffee machines I have used, the pods come in many different flavours but I have found myself sticking to espressos because I can add my own milk rather than the sweetened milk that comes with the latte pods.
The pods might seem expensive at 16 for 3 but that's only 25p for a cup of coffee which tastes very similar to the coffee you would have in coffee shops.
Would have given 5/5 if I had received the extra items.
Excellent machine and brilliant coffee April 13, 2008
Just wanted to say that I recently bought mine and have found it to be excellent, fast, no mess and produces brilliant coffee. Contrary to the previous review they are supplied with milk pods in the starter pack. The thing is that they are labelled with the same name as the coffee type making them easy to miss at first glance. They milk pods are light in colour (with coffee name on top only) while the coffee counterpart is dark. 5 stars, cant reccommend enough!
