Unfortunately, I also have some of the plastic dents that hold the DVDs in the case broken... It's not enough to ask for a replacement but it's annoying nonetheless.
I hope I don't run into more problems, like faulty DVDs, as someone else posted.

after finding the complete x-files collection, i proceeded to pay for my item, which was very straight forward, i opted for the next day delivery.
I purchased above item at 4.30pm 07-03-08 and received it in mint condition at 8am the very next day.......Well done Amazon i will be using you again, keep up the great work.

...with the boxset I received from Amazon.
It arrived very quickly which was great. I discovered that Season 2 Disc 1 was missing so after contacting Amazon they sent me a free replacement. Again, superfast delivery. The replacement boxset had the Season 2 Disc 6 missing!!! I'm either extremely unlucky or there's some kind of coverup keeping me from finding out the truth lol.
Overall though, GREAT series. I never watched it when it was on TV so when Amazon released this set at a great price I thought why not!
Has anyone else had the problem of missing discs?
