These don't work May 8, 2008 I will be contacting the company that supplied me with these. Watching mice walk past the units did not impress. Perhaps as another reviewer has said they are wearing mouse ear plugs? Despite these units supposedly being ultrasonic I can clearly hear them on more than one of the 4 cycles. Although perhaps I have super hero hearing? I bought this product as I didn't want to kill the mice (they are very cute), buying these I felt was a kind option. I have now had to revert to mars bar baited traps, which has not been pleasant, but the pesky rodents are no longer sharing my home. This product does not work, DO NOT BUY IT. I want my money back.
So glad I'm not alone March 30, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this along with warfarin soaked food so it could be said I started cynical. I live in a rural area surrounded by food sources. I can tolerate rodents so long as they know where my property boundaries lie and clearly the local ones didn't. I expected a period of corpses but hoped they'd be temporary; so far they've been a year. I suspect the plugings had an effect; they increased my carbon footprint and electricity bill.

Since buying this product I have never looked back. I had the foresight to combine the purchase with its Perfect Partner, "Everlasting Supply of Tiger Repellent Powder" and, since then, my city centre flat remains free of the stripey menace.
Best Pest Repellant Invention that actually works November 9, 2007 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
you would not beleive it, but this item really works. Previous reviewer was absolutely correct. We bought 8 plugs and scattered around the house. During the first week we kept seeing the mouses, however the repeller must have been annoying them until the mouses gave up and left. Its been 3 weeks now, our home is free.
It is much more easier to go to sleep knowing that no rodent is going to bother you. i bought these from Amazon for about 20, other websites had this at 30, so it was a bargain.
Well done Amazon for putting this product up.

I bought a pack of 4 to protect my CAR.
I put 1 inside and the other 3 underneath the car and around my garage.
Next morning, The electronic mousecutor i bought at the same time was flickering and sure enough, the mouse had navigated the 3 around the car, climbed up, crawled OVER the 4th mouse deafener (how do I know, it crapped on the speaker!!) and went into the electronic mousetrap RIGHT NEXT TO IT and electrocuted itself. May have been Hari-Kari but my guess is either they dont work at all, or they are all wearing mouse earplugs....
One off... Nope electrocuted 4 in the car now, all right next to the deafener.
Save yer money and buy more electronic squeeker shockers, they ARE great.
