IT WORKS WONDERS!
I brought this for my mothers Christmas present. After constant complaint of backache, and my fingers aching form constant massages, I looked around, and found this. It comes in a big box (which was a killer to wrap) and does everything it says on the box.
My mother was in heaven when she tried it on Christmas day. I believe her exact words were "ORGASM" and "THE BEST PRESENT YOU EVER BROUGHT ME"
After her hour long massage she groggily allowed others to try. It was nice; but I found it kinda hurt when it got up to the shoulder blades. And when you press the lower back button, it doesn't stay on the lower back but moves up and down like the rest of the buttons.
Other than that its a keeper.........

Bought this after trying out in John Lewis. Thought it was a great idea until we got it home. The massage cushion is not adjustable, so the metal massager hurt the lower and upper back areas - but did the middle back fine.
Gave up after three weeks, and stored until it was thrown out.

I bought this massager a year ago for a Christmas present for my wife based on seeing the TV commercial and being sucked in! Luckily my wife loved it! She uses it most days and finds the deep massage great for her back. I have to say that just because this was a present doesn't mean that I haven't used it on a good few occasions myself. I find it helps after really stressful days at work. It's got a leather like cover and a remote control which allows you to change the settings whilst you're sitting comfortably. There are a couple of different settings, one which is much deeper than the other (I prefer the deeper one and my wife prefers it a bit lighter most of the time). I'd definitely recommend this cushion to others

This is a good product and does pretty much what it says. My reservations are that the massage areas overlap hugely so that the middle of your back gets lots of attention whatever the setting, while the lower and upper back areas are less well dealt with. I find that I spend time with the lower back setting only, moving my body so that the required areas are covered and then the upper back setting only, again changing my position so that the required area is covered. All in all, though, my back is much more comfortable since I started using this regularly for about 15 minutes every day.

I've bought 3 other massage cushions in my time, and none are anywhere near as good as this. The others just 'vibrate' to ease pain, where as this properly massages your back muscles and help get rid of tension etc.
It is quite intense (which I like!) but if you don't you can put a towel between you and the cushion to lessen the experience.
The only thing I would have liked is the ability to stop the action in one particular area, as it will otherwise continue to go up/down your back. But that said, its still great!
