I JUST GOT MY CAM THIS MORNING AND ITS GREAT THAT IT WORKS WITH VISTA IT WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL ONLY TOOK 10 MINS AND THE QUAILTY OF THE PICTURE IS GREAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERY 1 AT SUCH A LOW PRICE WHAT YOU WAITING FOR :)

It works brilliantly on my PC but beware mac users.
It doesn't work on Mac Mini which was its main purpose.

Having Windows Vista, I was worried about which webcam to purhcase, after reading lots of compatibility issues with the operating system with many other webcams, even my old Microsoft camera struggled to work with Vista!?
I have to say that I am glad I bought this one and it was huge relief to see "Works with Vista" logo on the small, cute box, that by the way is really tiny and looks recycleable material. Well done Logitech!
I use Windows Live Messenger, and it works perfectly with the Logitech, software install took under 10 minutes, and the software even advises you on where to place your speakers and microphone for optimal performance, excellent!
The webcam is so small, yet it hangs beautifully on top of a laptop screen, one of the main reasons I purchased the Logitech, as well as their reputation.
The picture quality is superb, really sharp crystal clear images, and the focus can be adjusted with the ring around the lens.
The User Guide says that you should install the software before plugging it in, and with Windows Vista, it prompts you to install software when it is first inserted, I just left this alone and let the Logitech installer do its thing.
Great price and functionallity, from a great make! Highly recommended!

I ordered my Logitech Quickcam Messenger on the strength of the reviews I read on Amazon, and on the basis that being reasonably computer illiterate, I didn't want to spend much money, in case everything ended up pear-shaped.
I have to say that I haven't regretted my decision to purchase this product via Amazon one bit. The camera was delivered by ordinary post INSIDE 24 hours! Set up on my Microsoft Vista pc was incredibly easy, and the quality of sound and picture is great. What more can I say?

My first webcam so i dont have a lot to compare it to, but i was very please. Picture quality is very good and it was very easy to install. All round very pleased. Very fast delivery too!
