Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Drive, Very Quite   January 11, 2008

I have one of these drives installed in my current AMD64 3800+ X2 939 system it's fantastically quite you can hardly hear it working. With Windows XP SP2 installed you have 232GB of space after all my programs and music is put on I have still 223GB left and I am really happy with that plenty of space.

I have managed to get it down to 154GB and after defragging the drive afterwards I still was getting excellent performance. If moving upto SATA from IDE (Which I highly recommend for a number of reasons 1) thiner cabling, 2) All new connectors which gurantee better safter connectivity.) this is a perfect drive.

The drive can be used on SATA150 slots too which is what I am using I think it's well worth the money and I am thinking of getting another 1 and creating a RAID 0 Array.
