reaches the places other brushes never go October 29, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have tried standard electric brushes before and they have ended up in the bin - too rough / awkward to use.
Bought the Sonicare e7300 on recommendation from my brother and am delighted with the results. How excited can one person get about brushing teeth? Very! I had been considering spendng 500 to get my teeth whitened - not anymore - sonicare does the job. 1 week of use and my teeth are noticebly whiter.
super toothbrush but it has a sneaky downside May 25, 2007 19 out of 21 found this review helpful
I too was hugely impressed by this toothbrush but experienced the two-year lifespan. Mine now only works for two days between charges and I was told by the retailer and the manufacturer that it had a two-year guarantee and then after that it was 'not surprising' that the battery had had it. When I pointed out that it was iniquitous that having spent 70 on a toothbrush one would only get two years life out of it, there was a general shrugging of shoulders. I was offered a discount to buy a new one, but when I said who would want one when it came with a coded message that the two-year guarantee equalled a two-year life, they got very shirty! Only buy it if you have money to burn. Very disappointing.
Instant results - well worth the money! April 4, 2007 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
This is my second electric toothbrush, and by far the best. Been using a manual one for the past year and I'd forgotten how much cleaner your teeth feel with an electric one. Also, I've been overbrushing with the manual and have damaged my gums - which you can't do with electric. I bought mine through shavers_uk and they delivered it next day! Why would I have wanted to get the car out, drive to the shops, paid for parking, and paid more money for the same item in a shop? It's a "No Brainer".
Good price...will see how it lasts! January 19, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Read several of the comments and was slightly put off by the comments, however at [...] it was cheap enough to try for a year and if it fails then so be it.
This is my first foray into the world of sonic toothbrushes after my dentist indicated that all his staff use them. My teeth feel instantly cleaner after the first time, and 1 week in, I am noticing a real and sustained difference.
Free delivery in 3 days.....I wonder why anyone ever goes to the high street!
Update after 9months - tooth brush still going strong and thoroughly happy with battery life and sustained performance. Have even bought my wife one since.
Dying toothbrush - sonicare 4000 January 11, 2007 24 out of 24 found this review helpful
This with doubt the best toothbrush I ever had. I too however, experienced the death of the hand/battery set after about 2.5 yrs of constant use. It's a little known fact but you can actually buy handset (battery) part without the accessories from sonicare directly for something like only [...] - [...]...
